Why are we making these changes?
After three years of holding (and often reducing) prices we have had to review all our pricing plans for 2023. As with all businesses, we are not immune to the rising costs of staffing, logistics and the associated services and support.
We have also introduced a number of new services aimed at simplifying your business and we wish to make it easier for you to take advantage of these.
We have therefore identified new pricing options to help minimise your costs and maximise your time.
What does this mean for you?
As of 1 January 2023 your ResBook and associated services costs will change.
Single Properties
The new monthly ResBook rates will be as follows (p/month GST exclusive):
- 1-2 Rooms - $59 (was $49)
- 3-5 Rooms - $99 (was $89)
- 6-10 Rooms - $145 (was $129)
- 11-15 Rooms - $175 (was $159)
Vacation Rentals
The new monthly ResBook rates will be as follows (p/month GST exclusive):
- 1-10 Properties - $175 (was $150)
- 11-20 Properties - $275 (was $250)
- 21-30 Properties - $375 (was $350)
- 31-40 Properties - $475 (was $450)
One Bundled System, One Single Price
We now also have an integrated ResChannel Channel Manager & responsive Booking Engine that greatly improves both your time and your guests experience. - 1-2 Rooms - $119
- 3-5 Rooms - $149
- 6-10 Rooms - $199
- 11-15 Rooms - $249
- 16-20 Rooms - $289

The bundled pricing plans (p/month GST exclusive) are:
- 1-10 Properties - $220
- 11-20 Properties - $330
- 21-30 Properties - $440
- 31-40 Properties - $550
- 41-50 Properties - $660
ResBook & Themed website subscription customers
If you also have a Tomahawk themed website monthly subscription plan you will continue to benefit from a reduced monthly rate. The full price of the themed website subscription is increasing from $199 to $225 per month, however the following monthly prices will apply for ResBook customers from 1 January 2023 onwards (GST exclusive):
- up to 5 rooms = $149
- 6-10 rooms = $169
- 11-15 rooms = $179
- 16-20 rooms = $199
- 21 + rooms = POA
What do you need to do?
Nothing! Your current pricing will continue until 31 December 2022. The new pricing begins 01 January 2023. If you already use all three of the tools in the bundle, we will automatically update you to the new pricing, based on your existing services.
