We are pleased to announce that ResBook's new Feature Request Page is now live.
After reviewing our way of handling feature requests we have made some exciting changes to ensure small changes to ResBook are heard, clear and come from you our users.
Now all feature requests that fit within the product line communicated to our support team, will be added to our new feature request page so that our whole ResBook community can have their say.
How does it work?
Simply provide our support team with your feature request ideas, if it fits in with our product direction we will add it to the feature request page to allow all ResBook users to vote for it.
You can then vote for any feature request once per month including any you requested.
Our development team will then take a number of your requests with the most votes every couple of weeks to implement into ResBook.
How do I get to it?
Currently, you can navigate to the feature request page via the left hand banner within your ResBook account. You will see a large promo image - simply click on it and you are there!
We have loaded a bunch of current feature requests to start - so if there is anything missing that you really would like to see in ResBook contact us at: [email protected]
We hope this new tool helps provide even more clarity and co-operation between us and our customers moving forward.
