As you may have heard, here at Tomahawk we have been working hard on improving what we offer in support services.
A key component of this mission has been to implement a new support desk that will provide us with the ability to offer more services as we head into the future.
How will this affect me?
All ticket information and help desk data has been migrated to the new system so no need to worry if you recently submitted a ticket or want to use the help desk.
We have also brought across all our contacts, so we won't forget you when you contact us :)
Emails sent to: [email protected] will still issue a ticket and be provided an email receipt.
On top of covering what we currently offer, we have also implemented a new dynamic form for submitting tickets.
This allows you to send all typical relevant information we should need for inquiries without us having to ask.
